  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning

  • 2 cups romaine lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil

Directions

Step 1

In a large skillet over medium heat, add ground beef and cook while breaking it apart with a spatula, until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
