  • 1 pound Chicken breast
  • 1.5 cups Almond flour
  • 1.5 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 4 large Egg
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 5 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cut the chicken breast into small, bite-size pieces, roughly the size of nuggets. Season with salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
