  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 items large eggs
  • 1 item egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, xanthan gum, and salt. Set aside.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine butter and cream cheese. Microwave on high in 30-second intervals, stirring until melted and smooth.
