  • 0.5 cup Whey protein isolate (unflavored or chocolate)

Directions

Step 1

In a medium saucepan, combine the unsweetened cocoa powder, erythritol, and unflavored gelatin powder.

Gradually whisk in the unsweetened almond milk until well combined and smooth.

Place the saucepan over medium heat and continue whisking until the mixture is hot but not boiling, about 2-3 minutes.
