Ingredients

  • 1 medium head Cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 units Garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh chives, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower. Cut the cauliflower into florets.

In a food processor, pulse the cauliflower florets until they resemble rice grains. Be careful not to over-process into mush.
