  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1.5 cups Almond flour
  • 0.5 cup Coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 4 Eggs
  • 0.5 cup Butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Psyllium husk powder
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar

Directions

Step 1

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add minced garlic and chopped onion, and sauté until onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.
