Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground pork sausage
  • 0.5 cup Almond flour
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pork sausage, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.

Using your hands or a small ice cream scoop, form the mixture into approximately 1-inch diameter meatballs and place them onto the prepared baking sheet, evenly spaced.
