  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 3 large Zucchini
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup Heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 0.25 cup Fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic cloves, minced

Directions

Step 1

Begin by patting the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel. Season them evenly on both sides with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside to cool slightly.

While the chicken is cooking, spiralize the zucchinis into noodles and set aside.
