  • 4 tablespoons Water
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Cream cheese
  • 1 whole Avocado
  • 4 slices Cooked bacon
  • 1 cup Spinach leaves
  • 1 cup Hard cheese (e.g., cheddar or gouda), shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, combine coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, water, and salt. Mix well.

Crack and whisk 2 eggs, then mix into the dry ingredients until smooth.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
