  • 1 pound Ground beef

  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 cup, chopped Fresh basil leaves
  • 0.5 cup, grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Step 1

Start by preparing the zucchini noodles. Use a spiralizer or julienne peeler to create noodles from the zucchini. Set aside.

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks, about 7-8 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary and remove beef from the skillet.
