  • 1 liter chicken broth

  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1

Begin by cleaning the fresh abalone. Rinse thoroughly under cold water, scrub the shells, and shuck the abalone. Slice the abalone meat into thin strips, roughly 5 mm thick.

Step 2

In a large pot, melt 3 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic cloves and 1 tablespoon of grated ginger, saute until fragrant, approximately 2 minutes.

Add the sliced abalone to the pot and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until lightly golden.
