  • 8 ounces Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 0.5 cup Heavy cream
  • 0.5 teaspoon Xanthan gum

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, egg, almond flour, minced onion, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently with your hands until well combined.

Divide the beef mixture into 4 equal parts and shape each into a patty about 1-inch thick.
