Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1.5 cups of mozzarella cheese and 2 tablespoons of cream cheese. Microwave on high for 1 minute, or until melted. Stir the mixture until smooth.
