  • 4 large Eggs
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.75 pound Deli sliced ham
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese slices
  • 2 tablespoons Butter, melted (for brushing)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Poppy seeds (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, and sea salt. Whisk together to ensure the baking powder is evenly distributed.

Add the eggs to the dry ingredients and mix well.
