  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 1.5 cups Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 2 tablespoons Cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 8 slices Cooked ham slices
  • 8 slices Cheddar cheese (sliced)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave on high in 30-second intervals until melted. Stir well between intervals until the mixture is smooth.

Add the almond flour, egg, baking powder, and salt to the melted cheese mixture. Stir until a sticky dough forms.

Transfer the dough onto a piece of parchment paper and knead a few times. Then place another sheet of parchment paper on top and roll the dough out into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
