  • 1.5 cups Almond flour
  • 2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Cream cheese
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Xanthan gum
  • 8 slices Sliced ham
  • 8 slices Sliced cheese (Swiss or cheddar)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium-sized microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for about 1-2 minutes or until melted, stirring halfway through to combine.

In another bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, xanthan gum, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
