Ingredients

  • 2 whole Habanero peppers
  • 3 medium Roma tomatoes
  • 0.5 medium Red onion

  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 2 whole Garlic cloves
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Begin by wearing gloves to protect your hands from the heat of the habanero peppers.

Step 2

Remove the stems and seeds from the habanero peppers for desired heat level, then finely chop them. Place in a medium-sized bowl.

Step 3

Dice the Roma tomatoes and add them to the bowl with the habanero peppers.
