  • 8 leaves Romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1 medium Cucumber, sliced
  • 150 g Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 0.5 medium Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 100 g Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 0.5 cup Tzatziki sauce
  • 500 g Jicama, peeled and cut into fries
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder (for fries)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt (for fries)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper (for fries)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 200°C (392°F).

In a large bowl, mix together ground lamb, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
