Ingredients

  • 4 large Zucchini
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

  • 14 ounces Crushed tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 cup, grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 cup, chopped Fresh basil

Directions

Step 1

Using a spiralizer, create zucchini noodles (zoodles) from the zucchini and set aside.

Step 2

In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and heat for about 1 minute.

Add chopped onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
