  • 8 pieces Wooden skewers, soaked in water
  • 4 wedges Lemon wedges, for serving

Directions

Step 1

Cut the white fish into 1-inch cubes and set aside.

In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, fresh parsley, fresh dill, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
