Ingredients

  • 250 grams halloumi cheese
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 medium lemons
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint
  • 0.5 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Slice the halloumi cheese into 1 cm (approximately 0.4 inches) thick slices.
