Ingredients

  • 4 large Green bell peppers
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, approximately 400°F (200°C).

Step 2

Wash the green bell peppers thoroughly under cold water. Pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel.

Step 3

Cut the peppers in half from the stem to the bottom. Remove the seeds and the white inner membranes.

Step 4

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Step 5

Brush the pepper halves generously with the olive oil mixture on both sides.

Place the peppers directly on the grill grates, cut side down. Grill for about 6-7 minutes, until grill marks appear and the peppers are slightly charred.
