Ingredients

  • 4 pieces (about 5-6 oz each) Skinless fish fillets (salmon, tilapia, or cod)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 3 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 cloves Minced garlic

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Brush each fish fillet with olive oil on both sides and season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder evenly.

Step 3

Place the fish fillets on the grill. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish becomes opaque and flakes easily with a fork.

Step 4

While the fish is grilling, prepare the lemon herb sauce. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.

Step 5

Add minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, but not browned.

Step 6

Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the lemon juice, lemon zest, chopped parsley, and chopped dill.

Step 7

Once the fish is cooked, remove it from the grill and plate it. Drizzle the lemon herb sauce generously over the fish fillets.

Step 8

Serve immediately, garnished with extra parsley or dill if desired.
