Ingredients

  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 4 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 large avocado
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 0.25 small red onion
  • 0.5 cup feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 0.25 cup fresh basil leaves

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

Brush the chicken breasts with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and season with garlic powder, black pepper, and sea salt on both sides.
