Ingredients

  • 1 pound Chicken breasts
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 large Red bell pepper
  • 1 large Green bell pepper
  • 1 medium Yellow onion
  • 4 pieces Low-carb tortillas
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 1 large Avocado

Directions

Step 1

Rinse and pat dry the chicken breasts. Slice them into thin strips and place in a large bowl.

Step 2

Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, chili powder, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper to the bowl with the chicken. Toss to coat well and marinate for at least 15 minutes.

While the chicken is marinating, slice the red and green bell peppers and yellow onion into thin strips.

Heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.
