Ingredients

  • 1 piece Boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 4 slices Keto bread
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 2 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 1 small Tomato, sliced

Directions

Step 1

Start by seasoning the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and garlic powder on both sides.

Step 2

Heat a grill pan over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

Step 3

Once hot, place the chicken breast on the pan and grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through.

Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Then slice it into thin pieces.

Spread butter on one side of each slice of keto bread.
