Step 1

Begin by preheating your grill to medium-high heat, or prepare your grill pan over medium-high heat on the stove.

While the grill is heating, trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half lengthwise.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to ensure all sprouts are coated evenly.
