Ingredients

  • 4 pounds Pork spareribs
  • 2 tablespoons Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Erythritol
  • 1 cup Low-carb BBQ sauce

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill to medium heat, approximately 300°F (150°C).

Step 2

In a small bowl, combine salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and erythritol.

Step 3

Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs for better seasoning and tenderness.

Step 4

Generously rub the spice mixture on both sides of the ribs, ensuring an even coating.

Step 5

Wrap each slab of ribs tightly in aluminum foil, sealing the edges to lock in moisture.

Step 6

Place the foil-wrapped ribs on the grill and cover. Cook for 2.5 hours, maintaining the temperature at 300°F.

Step 7

Carefully remove the ribs from the grill and unfold the foil, allowing them to cool slightly.

Step 8

Increase the grill temperature to 350°F (175°C).

Step 9

Brush the ribs generously with low-carb BBQ sauce on both sides.

Step 10

Place the sauced ribs back on the grill, uncovered, and cook for another 30 minutes, basting with more BBQ sauce every 10 minutes.

Step 11

Once the ribs have developed a nice glaze and are tender to the touch or a toothpick pierces with ease, remove them from the grill.

Step 12

Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm and enjoy your keto-friendly BBQ feast!
