Ingredients

  • 1 head Romaine lettuce
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 1 large Avocado
  • 1 medium Green bell pepper
  • 0.5 cup Fresh basil leaves
  • 0.5 cup Fresh parsley leaves
  • 2 stalks Green onions
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 large Garlic clove
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Wash and dry the romaine lettuce thoroughly. Chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large salad bowl.

Step 2

Peel the cucumber if desired and slice it thinly. Add it to the salad bowl.

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Dice the avocado into cubes and add to the salad.
