  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese (shredded)

  • 0.25 teaspoons Salt
  • 4 tablespoons Cream cheese (for sauce)
  • 0.5 cups Heavy cream
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 0.5 cups Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 8 large Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 8 medium Scallops
  • 100 grams Smoked salmon (sliced)
  • 10 leaves Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 cup Spinach

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Step 2

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 2 cups of mozzarella cheese and 2 tablespoons of cream cheese. Microwave for about 1 minute, or until the cheese is completely melted and can be stirred together.

Step 3

Add 1 egg, 1.5 cups of almond flour, 0.5 teaspoons of garlic powder, 0.5 teaspoons of Italian seasoning, and 0.25 teaspoons of salt to the melted cheeses, mixing until well combined until a dough forms.

Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper, and roll it out to form a 12-inch circle.
