  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 1.5 cups Mozzarella cheese (shredded)

  • 1 cup Button mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh basil (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese and 2 tablespoons cream cheese. Microwave on high for about 1 minute, or until melted and smooth when stirred.

Add 1 cup almond flour, 1 large egg, and 0.5 teaspoon salt to the cheese mixture. Stir well to form a dough.
