Ingredients

  • 2 slices Keto bread
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 4 slices Cooked ham
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 4 Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 leaves Fresh basil

Directions

Step 1

Begin by heating a skillet over medium heat and adding the butter to it.

Step 2

Once the butter has melted, place the slices of keto bread in the skillet and toast them until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the slices of ham and heat for 1-2 minutes until slightly crispy around the edges. Remove from heat.
