Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons Psyllium husk powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Warm water
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut oil
  • 0.5 cup Mint leaves
  • 0.5 cup Coriander leaves
  • 1 piece Green chillies
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt (for pani)
  • 2 cups Water (for pani)
  • 4 pieces Ice cubes

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt.

Step 3

Add warm water and coconut oil to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.

Step 4

Divide the dough into small balls (about the size of a marble) and flatten each ball into thin circles about 2 inches in diameter.

Step 5

Place the circles onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.

Step 6

In a blender, combine mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chillies, lemon juice, chaat masala, cumin powder, and salt.

Add half a cup of water to the blender and blend until smooth.

Strain the blended mixture into a bowl and add the remaining water and ice cubes to make the spicy Pani.
