  • 8 pounds bone-in fully cooked ham
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 0.5 cup erythritol sweetener
  • 2.5 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 15 whole cloves

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).

Step 2

Carefully score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern, making sure not to cut too deep.

Step 3

Insert the whole cloves into the intersections of the diamonds across the ham's surface.

Step 4

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add erythritol sweetener, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, ground cloves, and garlic powder.
