Ingredients

  • 2 cups Almond flour
  • 0.5 cup Unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 0.5 cup Coconut oil, melted
  • 0.25 cup Powdered erythritol
  • 2 teaspoons Ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh ginger, grated
  • 10 drops Stevia drops

Directions

Step 1

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, unsweetened shredded coconut, melted coconut oil, powdered erythritol, and ground ginger. Mix until well incorporated.

Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper. Press the almond mixture firmly and evenly into the bottom to form the base. Set aside.
