Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Fresh ginger
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce (Tamari or Coconut Aminos for gluten-free)
  • 2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
  • 6 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon Liquid stevia or erythritol
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons Water

Directions

Step 1

Peel and grate the fresh ginger into a small bowl.

Mince the garlic and add it to the bowl with the ginger.
