Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese and 2 tablespoons cream cheese.

Microwave on high in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.
