  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder (aluminum-free)

  • 0.25 cup butter
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place an oven-safe wire rack on top.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the baking powder, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
