  • 60 grams Unsalted butter

  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Clean the button mushrooms by gently wiping them with a damp paper towel to remove any dirt. Do not wash them under running water as they can become soggy.

Slice the mushrooms evenly to ensure they cook at the same rate.
