Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut flour
  • 2 tablespoons Psyllium husk powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Chili flakes
  • 1 large Egg
  • 0.5 cup Full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 0.25 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut oil
  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Ghee or butter

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and chili flakes. Mix well to ensure there are no lumps.

Step 2

In another bowl, whisk the egg and then add the Greek yogurt and water. Mix until smooth and homogenous.

Step 3

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms. If the dough is too sticky, let it sit for 5 minutes to allow the psyllium husk to absorb the moisture.

Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and shape each into a ball. Flatten each ball into a disc about 1/4-inch thick.
