  • 2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 2 tablespoons Cream cheese
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave on high for 1 minute, or until the cheeses are melted and can be mixed together smoothly.
