Ingredients

  • 500 g Bangus (milkfish) belly
  • 50 g Unsalted butter
  • 6 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Parsley
  • 0.25 tsp Red chili flakes

Directions

Step 1

Pat dry the Bangus belly with paper towels to remove any excess moisture.

Step 2

Season the Bangus belly with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Step 3

Mince the garlic cloves finely.

Step 4

In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and let it heat for about 2 minutes.

Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until it becomes golden brown and fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
