Ingredients

  • 200 grams Cauliflower rice
  • 50 grams Almond flour
  • 50 grams Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 large Egg
  • 60 ml Heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh thyme, chopped
  • 20 grams Butter

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine cauliflower rice, almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, and egg. Mix well until the ingredients are well incorporated.

Step 3

Add heavy cream, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, olive oil, and chopped thyme to the mixture. Stir until the mixture is smooth and consistent.
