Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 3 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 cup, shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup, riced cauliflower
  • 0.25 cup green peas
  • 1 teaspoon, minced ginger
  • 2 cloves, minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon garam masala
  • 0.25 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped fresh cilantro
  • 0.25 cup cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine almond flour, cream cheese, and mozzarella cheese.

Step 2

Microwave the mixture for 1 minute, stir, then microwave for another 30 seconds until cheese is melted.

Step 3

Add the egg to the mixture and mix until a dough forms. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.

In a skillet over medium heat, add some cooking oil.
