Ingredients

  • 300 grams Cauliflower florets
  • 115 grams Cream cheese
  • 150 grams Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 50 grams Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 120 grams Almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 500 milliliters Coconut oil (for frying)

Directions

Step 1

Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 8-10 minutes. Allow them to cool slightly, then process them in a food processor until they resemble rice.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the processed cauliflower, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and parmesan cheese. Mix until well combined, then refrigerate the mixture for 15-20 minutes to firm up.

Once the mixture is firm, shape it into small balls about the size of a golf ball. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
