  • 3 Green onions, chopped
  • 2 cups Coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

In a large skillet, heat avocado oil over medium heat.

Step 2

Add minced garlic and ginger to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Step 3

Add ground pork to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes.

Step 4

Stir in soy sauce, salt, and black pepper, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Add the chopped green onions and coleslaw mix, stirring well to combine. Cook for another 3-5 minutes until the cabbage is tender.
