  • 12 pieces Cooked shrimp

  • 1 medium Red bell pepper, julienned
  • 12 leaves Fresh mint leaves
  • 12 leaves Fresh cilantro leaves
  • 0.25 cup Chopped peanuts
  • 1 whole Lime, cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Granulated erythritol
  • 1 clove Garlic clove, minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon Chili flakes

Directions

Step 1

Lay out your butter lettuce leaves on a clean surface. Choose the largest leaves and try to use similar sizes.

Step 2

In each lettuce leaf, place one piece of shrimp, a few sticks of cucumber, a slice of avocado, and a few strips of red bell pepper.
