Ingredients

  • 500 grams Cherry tomatoes
  • 0.5 medium Red onion
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 15 grams Fresh basil leaves
  • 10 grams Fresh parsley leaves
  • 60 ml Olive oil
  • 30 ml Red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes and place them in a large mixing bowl.

Peel the red onion and slice it thinly. Add the slices to the bowl with the tomatoes.
