Ingredients

  • 1 whole Large tomato
  • 8 leaves Fresh basil leaves
  • 4 leaves Romaine lettuce leaves
  • 150 grams Cooked chicken breast
  • 1 whole Avocado
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder

Directions

Step 1

Slice the tomato into thin rounds.

Step 2

Dice the avocado into small cubes and place in a bowl.

Step 3

Add olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder to the diced avocado. Mix well to combine.

Step 4

Slice the cooked chicken breast into thin strips.

Step 5

Lay one romaine lettuce leaf flat on a clean surface.

Step 6

Place a few slices of tomato on one end of the leaf.

Step 7

Add a few strips of chicken on top of the tomato slices.
