  • 0.25 cup Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Paprika
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red pepper flakes

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Pat the chicken dry with paper towels. This helps ensure a crispy skin.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, paprika, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, thyme, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes until thoroughly combined.
